If Manhart or Mansory were artists at displaying modified BMW models in Las Vegas in the last years, this year was Dinan`s turn to show-up at the event with a modified BMW ride. And what a project it is, especially since it involves the latest M5 saloon.

Seen below in the media gallery, the BMW M5 by Dinan looks extremely appealing and aggressive with the new body wrap, adding as well a couple of carbon fiber elements around the body. Otherwise, the visuals are rather scarce, while under the hood, the model received a significant amount of new power.

Still on the outside, the BMW M5 by Dinan has been fitted with tinted windows, gloss black and carbon fiber components, dark kidney grille and glossy badges. There are also the new forged wheels with Toyo tires, and which enhance the saloon`s mind-blowing look.

As for any performance under the hood, the tuner has decided to keep it a secret for the moment, meaning that the model is still in heavy transformation. Mind that a program like that might come with more than 800 horsepower, just like G-Power recently did with their own project, so we also expect an impressive power kit.

For those who don’t like how it looks, there are always solutions, and that is resorting to aftermarket shops that know the model by heart. One of them is Dinan tuner, specialized in visual and power upgrades and which is willing to change the way it looks for ever.

One such fine example is the below BMW X6 M, also customized by Dinan and wearing the magnificent Ferrar FR4 wheels. There are also some slight customizations made at the exterior – new front and rear bumpers, updated side sills, along with DInan`s special power kit under the hood.

However, the SUV`s main highlight is the new set of wheels. We are dealing here with Ferrada FR4 deep concave ten-spoke wheels which perfectly match the car`s wheel arches. They are also extremely wide, measuring 22 x 10.5 front and rear.

Under the hood, Dinan worked its magic with the M P1 Power Package, which raises the car`s power by 82 horsepower and 72 lb-ft of torque, for an overall of 716 horsepower and 720 lb-ft of torque. However, Dinan actually measured around 647 horsepower and 633 lb-ft of torque when tested the SUV. This means that the P1 Power Package shows in reality an increase of 149 horsepower and 112 lb-ft of torque.

To make a comparison, the BMW X6 M comes standard with 567 horsepower, all squeezed from a 4.4-liter BMW TwinPower Turbo engine, enabling a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in a staggering 4.0 seconds. you can find out more details about the tuner`s new program in the impressive video and media gallery below. We are dealing here with the tuner`s S2 package, which consists of some heavy modifications brought to the car`s engine.

This means that the 2003 E46 BMW M3 has received an ECU remapping, new throttle bodies, bespoke air box and muffler, all contributing to the car`s extra of 30 horsepower. Even if it is not much, it is just enough to improve its performance figure. Unfortunately, the tuner has not released any details with the car`s new power and torque.

Besides the new power upgrade, this fine specimen has also received some new mechanics, including new suspension and shocks, adding springs, camber plates and sway bars, which provide the model with a greater stance and increase its driving capabilities.

Other features also include better steering, especially since this E46 BMW M3 also comes with new camber. All allow a better handling and increase the car`s maneuverability.

More than that, the model is in pristine conditions, coming with just 53.000 miles on-board and fine interior, factors that didn’t require any additional transformations. Even so, this BMW E46 M3 looks absolutely amazing and definitely sounds like a real deal.

To be more specific, the new kit offers extra 56 horses and 58 lb-ft of torque, starting from 4000 rpm. In order to achieve this, Dinan opted for a new carbon cold air intakes as well as a Dinan free flow exhaust system.

The S55 cold air intakes comes with a sealed air box for improved figures while a larger high-flow filter improves the air circulation. Besides the extra power, there’s also improved stability as Dinan installed special anti-roll bars.

They provide a better ride thanks to the new 32mm (front) and 24mm (rear) bars. There’s also a revised MAF sensor which helps in this equation while a carbon fiber tube is improving the air flow too.

What we know is that they are now planning an upgrade for the F10 BMW M5, which will take the car up to 670 Hp and 813 Nm of torque.

And it’s not about the name, as Dinan’s Stage 3 kit brings quite a sensible increase in power for the BMW N55 engine.

Steve Dinan, founder of the tuning company, sits down and explains just what the upgrade kit is about. Following the N54 unit, the N55 six cylinder engine sports only one turbocharger, instead of two, while still delivering the same levels of power.

Consisting of a ECU upgrade, intercoolers and exhaust, the Dinan Stage 3 is able to take the 3.0 liter 6 cylinder N55 past the 375 Hp point, meaning a 70 Hp gain over the standard unit. The torque output is also increased thanks to this power kit, taking it to 542 Nm.

Currently the N55 engine is quite popular, being used on several different BMW models, like the 1 or 3 Series, so upgrading it can only be good business. More details on the Dinan Stage 3 can be gathered from the short video below.
